| Vega Inspired Solutions is a professional business coaching and consulting company. We provide our clients with leadership coaching at the executive and management level. Our clients include business owners as well as top level management looking to increase growth in their company as it relates to revenue and performance. We consult with our clients on people and organizational development with the goal of aligning a companies business strategy with their people strategy by keeping their employees engaged, motivated and ensuring they are able to flourish in an environment that values their strengths. |

| Someone should hire me if they are motivated to take their business to the next level but either are not completely sure what direction to take, struggle with accountability and/or they struggle with time management and allow their limiting beliefs to hold them back. |
