I work with small and medium businesses in building employee benefits to attract and retain quality employees in the competitive market. Healthcare is no longer the number one motivator that employees look at when considering a job. Benefits can be offered to companies with as little as three employees with no administrative cost. Most benefits are also portable, which means employees can take them with them when they leave a company. Unlike typical insurance, rates will never change no matter how many claims are filed and will remain that rate for as long as the policy is in force.

I have always been passionate about helping people, and going above and beyond in times of need. As a benefits adviser, I help navigate companies through the complex and ever changing market to help them find something that is right for their business and their employees.
